Conference Registration

PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW CAREFULLY

For those who have attended the Conference in person before the registration process is different. The Conference will be held at Franciscan Renewal Center in Scottsdale Arizona.
The Conference pass/passes, lodging and meals are all included in the ticket process this year.  The tickets themselves have varying options.  Please read through them carefully.

Conference Passes

• The ticketing system has selectable options for the entire Conference pass or individual session attendance.  The Full Conference Pass is being offered at a discounted price.

Lodging

• You can select your lodging options if you plan to stay at the Renewal Center where the Conference is being held.
• Accomodations at the Renewal Center are available for the entirety of the Conference from May 5
• If you have chosen a double room you will have the option to specify a roommate within the final checkout questions.  If you do not specify a roommate we will join you with someone at random.

Meals

• 3 Meals a day are being provided for each night of lodging registered. Handicap accessible rooms are available.
• If you are commuting to the Conference venue and would like to eat on site, we are offering meals for purchase when placing the order for your ticket/tickets.
• Vegetarian options are included with all meals.  If you have specific dietary restrictions please email us at sevenrayinstitute@sevenray.com

Make sure to read through the ticket options carefully and verify the options selected are correct.  Some additional questions will be asked after your payment process is complete.  These questions will allow you to specify a roomate if you have booked a double room, and specify the exact nights you want the room for.  In addition if you have purchased meal options you will specifiy the days you require them in these after checkout questions.  As with every year these questions also allow you to share your chart to work with in breakout sessions at the Conference. that will allow you to clarify your needs.  You will be able to specifiy if you wish to volunteer in the final checkout questions.  If you have any lodging questions please contact us as soon as possible at sevenrayinstitute@sevenray.com

For those not attending the Conference in person this year we will be offering all of the Conference sessions as a hybrid Live-Zoom event.
